24-Hour Nurse Advice Line

Are you a first-time mom with a lot of questions?  Did you just find out you have an illness like asthma or diabetes?  Did your son hurt his ankle?

Health questions can pop up at any time. We understand. That’s why CareSource has a 24-hour nurse advice line. You can call at any time of the day or night, seven days a week. A nurse will always be ready to answer your questions and help you decide where to go for care.  Whenever a CareSource Member calls, we will send a fax to the members primary care provider.  The fax will give them a record of why the member called and what advice the nurse gave.  This will help PCPs better coordinate care for their CareSource patients.
